Neovexa is a New Jersey technology company building AI, automation, and cloud solutions for companies of any size. We happened to start in care — our products Corra, CareAvail, and PathBright grew out of the daily reality of running care operations — and the same engineering now powers automation and monitoring for businesses in any industry.

Chike Agu — Founder & CEO, Neovexa Inc.
Chike Agu is the founder and CEO of Neovexa Inc., an AI consulting and automation firm that helps organizations apply artificial intelligence and modern engineering to real operational problems.
He brings a senior technology executive background spanning distributed systems, multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AI infrastructure. Before founding Neovexa, he held leadership roles at some of the world's largest banks and providers of IT infrastructure services.
His work centers on a consistent idea: taking complex technical capability and turning it into systems that operate reliably in the real world — whether that's an AI automation for a client or the infrastructure underneath it.

We use what we build
Our products were born inside a working home care operation. If a feature doesn't survive contact with real schedulers, caregivers, and auditors, it doesn't ship.
Compliance is a feature
In care, the audit always comes. Audit trails, consent records, and enforced quiet hours aren't add-ons in our products — they're the foundation.
Operated, not abandoned
We don't hand off a system and disappear. Everything we ship is monitored by our own dashboards and alerting, and we stay accountable for how it runs.
